Returns & Refunds

All Uzziee products are made to order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Right of Withdrawal

If the statutory right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us through our Contact page before sending anything back. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return are normally the customer's responsibility, where permitted by law.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and the refund has been approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear may depend on your payment provider.
